Texaco
Executive Education can employ many different
learning methodologies. For Texaco, Lore conducted a facilitated
work session for a large group of global executives. The session
used an electronic "consensus" tool that enabled polling
of executives on key topics and strategies.
Cargill
Lore has been partnering with Cargill for more than eight years
to develop customized education solutions for many of their business
units. When Lore works with a client like Cargill to build a curriculum
for executives, it almost always includes customized coaching
programs for their executives to reinforce the new skills they
are developing. This approach ensures your investment in education
is successful. Through executive coaching, bundled with educational
programs, we have been helping Cargill transition executives into
the senior ranks of their many business units.
Kempen
Flexibility in solution design is a hallmark of Lore executive
development. While working with Kempen, an international financial
firm, Lore facilitators did on-site tailoring of program content
to address new and immediate challenges that executives were facing.
The world is changing rapidly, and a partner in executive education
must be able to help leaders capitalize on opportunities and instantly
mitigate challenges.
BMW
Mergers and acquisitions create incredible opportunities and,
unfortunately, tough challenges. In the rapidly growing BMW organization,
Lore helped develop collaborative executive teams that could specifically
overcome the difficulties of different national and organizational
cultures. Using tools like the internationally validated MBTI®
assessment and one-on-one coaching as a part of the education
event, Lore helped create a path of solidarity and collaboration
between BMW and a recent acquisition.
Siemens
Lore's executive education programs prepare executives for key
challenges in their own organizations and others. Lore worked
with Siemens' internal consulting group to prepare the consultants
for more productive interactions with business units. The consulting
engagements and Lore training were part of each individual's preparation
for moving into leadership roles in business units.
