Change Readiness Survey

Lore's Change Readiness Survey (CRS) measures perceptions of 18 components considered essential for change, including sponsorship, learning, competitor knowledge, customer focus, candor, leadership, and responsiveness. The survey can be used in a facilitated work session or complete program for senior executives or middle management. After the survey is completed and scored, participants discuss each of the 18 components and develop an action item or items for each component.
