Coaching Effectiveness Survey

Lore has identified the attitudes, behaviors, and processes that are typical of the most effective coaches. We've also learned that everyone has a preferred style for coaching and for being coached, and that coaching is most effective if these styles are aligned.

The Coaching Effectiveness Survey is a dual-purpose assessment: it determines how well a coach embodies effective attitudes, behaviors, and processes, and it determines the coach's preferred style along with the individual preferences of the individual coachees/respondents. One coach and as many as 12 coachees complete questionnaires, and the coach receives a personalized report of the results, along with an Effective Coaching booklet. This helps coaches see how they are perceived by their coachees compared to how those coachees prefer to be coached. With this knowledge, a coach can adjust to the style preferred by the coachee—for profound coaching impact.
